🗑 Delete Your Account

You can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.

⚠️ This cannot be undone
Option 1 — Recommended

Delete in the App

The fastest way is to delete your account directly inside the app:

  1. Open Trip Shuffle on your device
  2. Go to Settings (bottom-right tab)
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm when prompted — your account is deleted immediately
Option 2 — Email request

Send Us an Email

If you can no longer access the app, email us and we will delete your account within 7 business days.

Please include:

  1. Subject line: Delete My Account
  2. The email address you used to register

We will send a confirmation once your account has been deleted.
