How does Trip Shuffle generate my itinerary?
Trip Shuffle uses AI to create a personalised, loosely-structured itinerary based on your travel dates, destination, interests and things you'd like to avoid. You answer just three simple questions and we handle the rest.
Which countries and cities are supported?
We currently support destinations across Japan, Korea, Singapore, and Taiwan, with more countries being added regularly. Stay tuned for updates!
Can I edit the itinerary after it's generated?
Yes! You can shuffle individual activities, remove ones you don't like, and bookmark your favourites. The app is designed to give you a starting point — not a rigid plan.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes. Your data is stored securely and is only accessible to you. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. See our full Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly inside the app via Settings → Delete Account. Alternatively, you can submit a request via our account deletion page and we will process it within 14 days.
I'm seeing an error or the app is crashing — what should I do?
Please try the following steps:
  1. Force-close and reopen the app.
  2. Check your internet connection.
  3. Update to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
  4. If the problem persists, email us at kristen.app.cs@gmail.com with your device model and OS version.
How do I restore my trips on a new device?
Sign in with the same Google or Apple account you used originally, then go to Settings → Download from Cloud to restore your trips.
Is Trip Shuffle free to use?
Yes, Trip Shuffle is free to download and use. Some advanced features are available to Pro users. No subscription is required to generate and view itineraries.
